Hello, I’m Hillary.
When you’re up to big things, fear and doubt can stand in the way of your clarity and courage. My clients come to me looking for a co-pilot to help them create once-and-for-all shifts in their lives, work, and relationships. They pay me to say the bold thing, the thing that people aren’t talking about.
My approach is empathetic, steady, and fearless. I bring the love and am your biggest supporter. You will be both nourished and challenged. I come to each conversation armed with the unwavering belief that what you want is infinitely possible.

Hillary Hittner, is a certified professional coach who partners with individuals and groups as a leadership coach to support them in owning what they want so they can live more engaged and more alive than ever before. Certified through the International Coaching Federation, Hillary is known for her willingness to sit with the discomfort and see what's on the other side. With a commitment to authenticity and curiosity, Hillary creates and holds spaces for people to build deep self-awareness and find the courage to create the life, work, and relationships they want.
Her background spans corporate, freelance, and non-profit worlds — and with over a decade of experience as an actor, theater director, producer, and trained doula, Hillary infuses every conversation with a distinct combination of creativity, sensitivity, and fearlessness. She is dedicated to anti-racism work and breaking down barriers to justice, equity and inclusion. Hillary is based in New York City and works with clients all over the globe.
